About the Lake
Millers Ferry is also known as the Dannelly Reservoir. It is an Alabama River reservoir. From what I understand, most of the reservoir more resembles a river than a lake.
Lodging
We have reserved two cabins at Roland Cooper State Park.
Arrive on 17th, checkout on the 20th.
Cost per cabin is $62.40 per night + tax.
Each cabin has 2 beds, not including pull-outs and roll-aways.

"Looks like I finally decided what to do. The summer tourney will be at Miller's Ferry (Dannelley Reservoir) on the Alabama river. It will be our first ever night fishing tournament. July 18th & 19th. Cabins are reserved at Roland Cooper State Park (2 cabins on the water) for the nights of the 17th, 18th & 19th. They are $62.50 per cabin per night. My plan is to launch at 5:00 each day and weigh in at 1:00 am. That's up for discussion. A little different, we will fish Friday night and Saturday night. I have to figure out creels and all of that but those are the basics. We have to check out by 11:00 Sunday so we can get a little sleep. Looking forward to it!! "
