Bill and I are planning to fish out of Breton Sound Marina March 5-6. We are going to use the simple version of the inshore rules: $20 for the biggest speck and $20 for the redfish with the most spots. I am looking forward to finally filling out the Speck Top 10 list. It has been driving me crazy that we didn't keep better records of all the big ones we've caught in previous years and I will be glad to have some pictures of larger trout.
