FORMAT
These are the simple inshore rules: $20 entry fee. Half the pot goes to the biggest speck, half goes to the red with the most spots. This can be teams or individuals and we can decide the morning of.
LAUNCH
Blastoff start from Dudenhefer's dock. You can put in at Breton Sound Marina or Pips.
TIME
5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
LIMITS
25 specks per man. Must be over 12''
5 reds per man. Must be greater than 16''. Only two may be greater than 27''.
NO CULLING!
LODGING
I have reserved the Oak Tree Camp at Dudenhefers.
NOTES
This is the time of year when shrimp are everywhere, but usually recreational shrimping season hasn't opened yet. This means there is clean water everywhere and the birds tell you right where the fish are. The challenge is going to be who can find the big ones.
If you want to go you need to plan to bring a Motorola T7200 so that we can communicate. We aren't so into winning that we won't tell each other where the fish are.
