Here is what Benson has to say about the lodging:
"I have reserved Cabin B from Oct 11-15. Call me to reserve space and to let me know when you will arrive. Rates vary depending on occupancy. It will accommodate up to 8 people: four bedrooms and two and a half baths, a completely furnished kitchen, a separate dining room, pool table and wet bar, a washer and dryer, a gas grill, cable television, telephone, and bed linens.
Alternatively, I can reserve a block of rooms at the Inn. The Inn is cheaper than the cabin, but does not have space for boat parking. The Marina can has parking areas for boats for people staying at the inn, boats can be parked at the cabin."

NOTES:
Yes, you read correctly. There is a state mandated 18'' size limit on smallmouth. That means you have to throw the 3lbers back.
Only one smallmouth is allowed in your livewell at a time.
